General Disclaimer

The information, content, software, and services provided by Power Poker League LLC ("PPL", "we", "us", "our") through the Power Poker League mobile application, website, and related platforms (collectively, the "Services") are provided for general informational and entertainment purposes only.

While we make reasonable efforts to keep the Services accurate and up-to-date, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability of any information, calculations, results, or content. Any reliance you place on the Services is strictly at your own risk.

PPL is not a gambling service. The Services are tournament management and league administration tools for poker enthusiasts. We do not host games, accept wagers, hold funds, process bets, or take part in any monetary transaction between players. You and your league organizer are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable gambling, gaming, and financial laws in your jurisdiction.

1. No Professional Advice

Nothing in the Services constitutes professional advice of any kind, including but not limited to:

• Legal advice — including with respect to the legality of poker, tournaments, sweepstakes, raffles, or prize distribution in your jurisdiction
• Financial or tax advice — including with respect to buy-ins, prize pools, payouts, or income reporting
• Gaming or gambling advice — including strategy, odds, or game outcomes
• Regulatory advice — including state, federal, or international gaming regulations

You should consult a qualified attorney, accountant, or other professional before relying on any information from the Services for decisions that have legal, financial, or tax consequences.

2. Not a Gambling, Gaming, or Money-Transmission Service

PPL provides software tools for organizing leagues and tournaments. PPL does not:

• Operate, host, or sponsor any game of chance, game of skill, sweepstakes, lottery, or contest
• Accept, hold, transfer, or process money, chips, or anything of value on behalf of any user
• Determine the outcome of any game or tournament
• Endorse, supervise, or guarantee any league or league organizer
• Verify the identity or eligibility of any player

All games, buy-ins, payouts, side bets, and financial arrangements occur entirely between league organizers and their members, outside of the Services. PPL is not a party to any such transaction and bears no responsibility for it.

3. Accuracy of Calculations and Results

The Services include automated tools for calculating scores, rankings, payouts, blind structures, and tournament results. While we work to ensure these calculations are correct, we do not guarantee that:

• Scoring formulas, leaderboards, or standings are free of error
• Real-time updates (timers, notifications, broadcasts) are timely or reliable
• Data entered by league organizers or members is accurate
• Manual scoring overrides applied by organizers are correct or fair

You acknowledge that league organizers have the ability to manually adjust scoring, results, payouts, and other data, and that any disputes about such adjustments are between you and your league organizer — not with PPL.

4. League Organizer-Generated Content

League organizers create and control most of the content visible to their members, including league names, rules, scoring configurations, blind structures, event details, payouts, announcements, side bets, and CRM communications. PPL does not endorse, verify, or assume responsibility for any content created by league organizers or other members.

5. CRM and External Communications

If your league organizer connects their league to a CRM (powered by GoHighLevel), they may send you emails, SMS messages, or other communications through that CRM. These communications:

• Are sent by your league organizer, not by PPL
• Are governed by your organizer's practices and applicable consumer-protection laws (CAN-SPAM, TCPA, GDPR, etc.)
• Are the sole responsibility of the league organizer who sent them

PPL provides the integration tooling but does not create, review, or supervise the messages sent through it. To opt out, contact your league organizer directly or leave the league.

6. Third-Party Services and Links

The Services rely on or integrate with third-party platforms, including Apple, Google, Supabase, Expo, and GoHighLevel, and may include links to websites or resources operated by third parties. PPL:

• Does not control or endorse those services
• Is not responsible for their content, availability, accuracy, security, or privacy practices
• Makes no warranty about your use of any third-party service

Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.

7. Age and Jurisdiction

The Services are intended for users 18 years of age or older. Poker, tournaments, and similar activities may be subject to legal restrictions in your country, state, or locality. It is your responsibility — and your league organizer's responsibility — to determine whether your use of the Services and participation in any league is lawful in your jurisdiction. PPL makes no representation that the Services or any league activity is appropriate or available for use in any particular location.

8. Service Availability

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that:

• The Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• Push notifications, real-time timers, or sync features will operate without delay or failure
• Any data you submit will be preserved without loss
• Servers or infrastructure will be free from viruses or harmful components

From time to time, we may modify, suspend, or discontinue features without notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PPL IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICES — INCLUDING DAMAGES RELATED TO LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, INACCURATE CALCULATIONS, COMMUNICATIONS DELAYS, OR DISPUTES BETWEEN YOU AND ANY LEAGUE ORGANIZER OR OTHER MEMBER.

We may update this Disclaimer from time to time. The "Last Updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Disclaimer.
